Mocha is a music collective built to put local talent on the same stage as international names, which meant earning credibility with two very different audiences at once. It was a team effort. I led social media strategy, content creation, organic growth, and community management. VanVanStudio handled content strategy, art direction, and branding. Together we stood for something specific in a crowded market, community and artistic excellence, without picking one over the other. I built the story as a cultural bridge, not another events brand chasing attention. VanVanStudio gave it a face, modern, inclusive, unmistakably international. The result says exactly what Mocha is, a real meeting point for local and global music. The scene noticed, and that's the only metric that matters.
